Our customers know that their project with us includes 24/7 online access to work-in-progress, regular project communication with their producer, and the call from Horizon’s owner to ensure customer satisfaction.
But we’re taking our customer service up a notch. Again.
The project close process now includes a http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/HVP_Customers">Customer Satisfaction Survey, so that our customers have a means to participate in our internal service reviews. Starting this week, survey invitations will be emailed to customers with recent projects to kick off this new customer service initiative.
