Customer Center Art and Graphics Revealed
With suspended wall graphics, adjoining lightboxes, oversized canvas, and transparent Plexiglas panels, the final art pieces that Horizon designed for Belden incorporate multiple formats.
For this seven month project, Horizon’s Creative Director, Jason McGuigan, used multiple surface types to create new art and displays for Belden’s new Customer Center in Indiana. Meanwhile, Project Manager Megan Bell was the Client point-of-contact and focused on project tracking, content development, and project communications. Both Megan and Jason maintained open communication with the Belden Clients and the display partners, Exhibit Resources, throughout the project.
For each graphic deliverable, the Horizon team would talk with the Belden Clients to review messaging, content, and overall vision, then coordinate with the Exhibit Resources team to determine dimensions and potential materials.
In fact, each of the final pieces delivered by Horizon Productions was the result of a close collaboration with the talented team at Exhibit Resources, who managed the entire project from carpets to display installation.
Some of the larger pieces include the Heritage Wall, a combination of Belden’s 100 year history and modern product solution offerings. The Heritage wall is a combination of content research, copy writing, and design to create a collection of 7 panels each with unique messaging but yet flowing into the larger group.
Other pieces, such as the Patent Wall, are an incorporation of the actual patents and visual support elements.
Horizon worked with Exhibit Resources to ensure that for displays which may need updating as new information is available, such as patents, new elements can be easily manufactured and put into the existing structure.
