Brainstorm sessions, concept research, script readings, creative brief feedback – at each stage of your project’s development, you’ll be in touch with your Horizon producer and know how the work is progressing.  We may know how to create award-winning media, but you are the Subject Matter Expert in your field; our clients’ expertise ensures the accuracy of the content in our media.

Key Components of a Customer-Centric Development Process

  • Continuity of team – you should not have to explain your vision over and over; your assigned Horizon Producer is your project champion and ensures continuity throughout development
  • Frequency of communication – you should always know where your project is and what’s coming up next; Horizon’s team uses a combination of collaboration tools, including Basecamp project sites, email, phone, and meetings, to ensure our clients have the most updated information
  • Collaborative development – a creative project should start with knowledge exchange from both the provider and the Client to ensure accuracy; we depend upon our Clients to provide source content, script reviews, and creative concept feedback.
  • Project Follow Up – when your project is over, it shouldn’t mean your creative agency stops working for you; our clients receive our Customer Satisfaction survey at the close of each project to help us evaluate our service
