On Location: In the Hive of Activity

Incorporating the beauty of Burt’s Bees product displays and greeting area in the shoots, the crew used a two camera set up with a track to provide alternate angles for later editing.  Camera lenses were changed for retakes to create additional options for the final edit.


One challenge that continued throughout the day? Sunlight. The gloomy, overcast morning became a moment of bright sun only to transform into clouds with the sun just peeking through.  Each change of sunlight impacted the shoot as an exterior window was behind the on-screen talent, and the set lights had to be adjusted to keep the desired look of the final footage.

 

 

 

 

The video footage itself will be incorporated into marketing collateral planned as part of a new product launch.
