Horizon Productions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Hydrous, our application for Meta Quest devices, accesses and uses data provided through Meta/Oculus platform services.

By using Hydrous, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Data We Access

Hydrous uses Meta/Oculus platform services (such as achievements and account services). When you use Hydrous, Meta may make the following information available to the app:

• Meta User ID
• Basic Meta Profile Information (such as display name and avatar)
• Achievement and in-app progress data associated with Hydrous as stored by Meta

Hydrous does not request or access financial information, precise location, contact lists, or other sensitive categories of data.

2. How We Use the Data

We use the Meta platform data described above only for the following purposes:

• To authenticate your Meta account in Hydrous
• To display and update achievements and related in-app progress
• To provide and maintain core platform features that depend on your Meta account

We do not sell your data.

We do not use your Meta User ID or profile information for advertising or marketing.

We do not share this data with third parties outside of Meta’s platform services.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Hydrous processes your Meta account data through the official Meta/Oculus platform services and SDKs.

• Horizon Productions does not create its own separate database of your Meta User ID, profile, or achievement data outside of Meta’s systems.
• Any long-term storage of this information is handled by Meta Platforms, Inc. in accordance with Meta’s own policies.
• Horizon Productions retains only minimal technical logs as needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the app. These logs are not used to build user profiles and are not sold.

4. How to Request Deletion of Your Data

Because Hydrous relies on Meta’s platform services and does not maintain a separate user database for Meta account data, deletion of account-level data is primarily handled by Meta.

If you wish to delete data associated with your use of Hydrous, you can:

Manage or delete data through Meta’s privacy tools

• Visit Meta Accounts Center in a web browser:
• https://accountscenter.meta.com
• Sign in with your Meta account.
• Use the Privacy / Your Information sections to manage or request deletion of data associated with your Meta account and apps, including Hydrous, in accordance with Meta’s policies.

Remove local app data from your device

• On your Meta Quest headset, you can remove local app data by:
• Opening Settings
• Going to Apps or Storage
• Selecting Hydrous
• Choosing the option to clear app data or uninstall the app

5. Children’s Privacy

Hydrous is intended for use in accordance with Meta Quest platform age and account requirements. We do not knowingly request or independently store personal information from children under the minimum age allowed by Meta’s policies. Any data for younger users is managed through Meta’s account and parental control systems.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of Hydrous after an update means you accept the revised policy.
